This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within the United Kingdom. We want every Celuxius customer to have a clear picture of what to expect from the moment an order is confirmed to the moment it arrives at the door - including timelines, costs, and how we handle any issues along the way. Placing an order with us means you accept the terms described on this page.
1. Shipping Coverage
Celuxius delivers to all parts of the United Kingdom - England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We are not currently able to ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or PO boxes.
2. Shipping Costs
Every UK order ships free of charge. You will not encounter any delivery fees, handling charges, or surprise costs at checkout - what you see is what you pay.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes
We handle and dispatch orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
- Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 P.M. GMT
- Handling time: 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Transit time: 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Total estimated delivery: 8-15 business days from the date of order (Monday-Friday)
Any order placed after 4:00 p.m. GMT, over the weekend, or on a public holiday will enter processing on the following business day. During peak trading periods, please allow a little extra time as courier networks can experience higher than usual volumes.
4. Our Delivery Partners
We ship with a carefully chosen group of established UK carriers. Depending on the size of your order and your delivery postcode, your parcel may be handled by one of the following:
- Royal Mail
- DPD
- DHL
- Evri
Your dispatch confirmation email will confirm which carrier has been assigned to your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery.
- New dispatches: Tracking links can take 3-5 business days to go live and show active movement.
- Parcels in transit: Gaps between tracking updates of 3-7 business days are normal and usually reflect the distance between carrier scanning points.
- No update after 7 business days: Contact us at support@celuxius.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier straight away.

6. Fragile and Oversized Lighting Items
Lighting products demand extra attention during packing - particularly those with glass shades, exposed bulb fittings, or larger ceiling and floor fixtures. We pack every Celuxius order with materials suited to the specific items inside to minimise any risk of transit damage.
When your order arrives, please check the outer packaging before accepting the delivery, then inspect all items against your order. If anything has been damaged in transit, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible. Acting quickly gives us the best chance of raising a successful claim with the carrier on your behalf.
7. Delivery Delays
We do everything we can to meet the estimated delivery windows, but certain circumstances sit outside our control - including severe weather, industrial action, carrier network disruptions, or customs inspections. Should your order pass its estimated arrival date, please get in touch at support@celuxius.com and we will contact the carrier and update you within one business day.
8. Delivery Problems
If your parcel has not arrived, appears to have been lost, or you have received the wrong item, contact us at support@celuxius.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and any relevant details. We will take full ownership of resolving the issue promptly and in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Changing Your Order or Delivery Address
Amendments to your order or delivery address can be accommodated if requested within 12 hours of purchase and before the parcel has been handed to our carrier. Once dispatched, we have no ability to intercept or redirect the shipment. To request a change, email support@celuxius.com with your order number and the details you need updated.
10. Our Approach to Packaging
Reducing unnecessary waste is something we take seriously at Celuxius. We choose packaging materials that are recyclable or made from sustainably sourced stock wherever this is practical and does not compromise the protection our products need during transit. We continue to review and improve our packaging choices as better options become available.
11. Changes to This Policy
We review this Shipping Policy regularly and update it whenever our processes, delivery partners, or relevant regulations change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision - we recommend checking back before placing a time-sensitive order.
